Refund policy

We appreciate your trusted in us, and for buying our products and/or services. We strive hard to ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they visit our website, explore the courses, purchase them – irrespective of the nature of the learning materials.

For any kind of online purchases, there are strict terms and conditions that govern the refund policy. When you use and/or purchase our products and/or services, you agree to our defined Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy

For Self Placed Learning:

You are requested to raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of any course/courses. Money back guarantee does not apply if you have accessed more than 25 percent of the content or have already downloaded the E-Book.

For instructor -lead training:

You are requested to raise refund request within 7 days of the beginning of the first batch in which you are eligible to attend. Money back guarantee does not apply if the attendee has accessed more than 25 percent of the content of an e-learning course or has attended online classrooms, received  recordings of the course for more than 1 day. Also, if a user downloads the E-Book of a course, the provision of Money Back Guarantee does not apply. If you raise a refund request after 7 days but within 30 days of purchasing a course, you will receive 75% of the total fees paid by you. However, please be noted that there will be no Money Back and refund if you raise a refund request after 30 days of purchasing a course.

Cancellation and refunds: Classroom Training

We have the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of one or many unique or combined reasons, such as insufficient enrollments, instructor health issues or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)

If we cancel an event, 100 percent refund will be paid to the attendee.  However travel, logistics or any personal expense if incurred by attendees/participants will not be refunded.

If a cancellation is done by an attendee, delegate 7 days (or more) before the event begins, a total of  10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.

If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 7 days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.

Refund request can be initiated in two ways

  • From my orders section, by clicking on “Initiate Refund” against specific item of an order. This will work when item quantity is one.
  • In case item quantity is more than one, please reach out to our support team through our Help & Support section on the website

What if a duplicate payment is made?

If a duplicate payment is made, the refund will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days after intimation by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel any refund request if it does not follow the perquisite or violates the refund rules and refund will be processed within 10 working days after it is approved by us.
