Mandatory Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in testing application implemented in Salesforce ecosystem
- Well versed with Salesforce modules and able to make changes for testing standpoint
- Experience in Sales cloud and Service cloud
- Experience in defect life cycle/STLC
- Working experience in Agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills
Good to Have:
- Automation testing knowledge good to have
- Good to have working experience in JIRA tool
Job Description:
- Review and analyze system specifications documents
- Write & Execute test cases and analyze results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
