- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Encourage the customer to come for a Webinar/Demo session.
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members
- Provide calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
- Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
- Collecting Payments through our portal
- Managing leads in CRM tool (LeadSquared)
- Prepare and present MIS reports.
